I have particular interest in exploring how earlier experiences of life can affect current difficulties with emotion regulationcommunication and boundariesmoodmotivationself-esteem and relationships.  I use family systems and schema therapy as a basis of my work and often integrate skills-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour TherapyAcceptance Commitment TherapyDialectic Behaviour Therapy to provide clients not just with an understanding of the root causes of their challenges but the skills to help them navigate the negative impact this has on their lives.  I also have a special interest in narrative therapy and re-writing our scripts to align with our current values and and goals.
