They are emotionally tuned to their children’s needs but want to do even better. Oftenthey feel guilty that they don’t enjoy parenting all the timeor that they lose their temper with their little ones. If you’re feeling worriedanxiousoverwhelmedfrustratedor like you’re just missing somethingplease know this is very common and you are not alone. Your feelings are valid. I will help you to explore the guilt and be kind to yourselfso you can create a beautiful connection with your little one and enjoy your journey into motherhood. I enjoy working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds who are away from their home country and families. I am also a Circle of Security (COS) parenting program facilitatorwhich further enhances my ability to support parents in nurturing relationships with their children.
