I am passionate about assisting people to enjoy their lives as they ageby supporting them to stay active and healthy and participate in all their chosen activities. I do this by taking the time to fully understand the various factors that impact each person’s function. I use evidence-informed assessment tools and create individualised training programs based on the latest scientific evidence. I also have a strong interest in the benefits of nature for physical and mental health and incorporate a variety of mind-body practices.
