Jeremy has worked providing telehealth psychology since 2018 giving him a little more experience in this area than most. Jeremy has a particular interest in helping those who have been impacted by traumatic experiences or find aspects of their past make it difficult to live their lives in the present. He realises that everyone is different and that help needs to be individually tailored to the persons specific needs and circumstances. With training in EMDRACTCBT and Schema therapy among other therapeutic approacheshe will develop a plan to best address your psychological needs
